Requirements

All applicants must be able to provide the following information:

• Valid Photo ID such as State ID or Driver’s License
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) – if not registered yet, we’ll assist you
• Proof of negative TB Test – if you need it, we’ll pay for it! (exclusions apply)
• Proof of vaccination or reason for exemption
• CPR or First Aid Certification
